What on Earth is an EMF? (Electro Magnetic Field)

WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING!! Did you know connecting yourself to the earth is classed as a natural antioxidant and can lower your inflammation markers which can be causing you pain or discomfort. Walk barefoot on the ground, sitting on the grass, using earthing/grounding straps are quick and easy ways of earthing yourself. By earthing yourself as long as possible every day you’re giving your body a chance to heal itself more efficiently for free! Generally when you’re earthing yourself there’s also other benefits of being at a beach or getting fresh air in the park. I regularly walk my dogs barefoot in the park and when I’m inside doing boring work I use an earthing strap on my wrist that connects to the houses earth so I can be connected whilst I’m working.
