Improve Your Sitting Posture without using old fashioned techniques

Sitting up straight and pinning your shoulders back can just create tight muscles and dysfunction in the spine. Looking up and down at the monitor to keyboard. Multiple monitors or home set ups don’t allow it so what do you do then? Mobilise your spine with the movements it craves!

Standing at a desk on one side bias, anterior tilt and forward head to look at keyboard all puts stress on the whole body. Getting you body aligned from movement patterns is what’s needed! Articulatory movements whilst sat can be better for your spine rather than a fixed position.
