Help your feet and they’ll help you! If you cram your feet into shoes, have a high arch or have flat feet then the rest of your body is potentially compromised. Having as much time in the day without shoes or wearing barefoot shoes (not the ninja toe shoes) you are now able to give your foot what it needs to be strengthened to align the rest of your body. Your feet are the interface with the earth. We should switch on our feet and feel the ground below, not switch them off and force them into tight fitted shoes. Lack of movement and/or weak feet can be the root cause to many postural and movement problems. The way your arches of your foot lay has a direct correlation to where your pelvis lays and then that can affect your spine.
